It just makes the drying time go so much faster. While mini marshmallows can certainly go on the dehydrating racks, it’s helpful to cut larger ones down. Cut larger marshmallows to smaller sizes: The size and shape don’t matter, and the flavored ones can be really fun to do around the holidays.
